Description
Type TXL axial impeller is the most typical axial flow impeller. This three blade propeller can produce bigger circulation volume, which is applied to mix low viscosity (<2Pa•s) liquid and emulsion as well as suspension with solid particle content less than 10%. This axial impeller, as a kind of three blade propeller, is widely suitable for low viscosity liquid heat transfer, reaction and mixing. If it is equipped with a baffle or draft tube, this axial impeller will have stronger axial flow.

1. This kind of mixing impeller possesses good features of high cycle efficiency, low power consumption and low shear force.
2. The advantages of this axial impeller (three blade propeller) embody in the process of large capacity homogeneous phase and stirring applications.
3. Mixing impellers with a high working speed are made of 2~3 pieces of pusher propeller blades. The circular velocity at the outer edge of the blade is 5~15m/s.
